Women in STEM: Teach KY Summer Luncheon Series

oung women often face barriers to entry in STEM-related careers. Changing this paradigm starts in our public schools. Kentucky teachers are on the front line in addressing this equity issue and our community’s challenges for building a robust STEM workforce.

Join Teach Kentucky  (TKY) on June 12th in Louisville for a free event that includes a visit to the TKY Summer Institute, a demonstration of the deep investment Teach Kentucky makes in  summer pre-service cohort training. A lunch panel with veteran STEM teachers will discuss the challenges and issues facing STEM education and share the innovative practices getting results in JCPS.
